Tucker: Mollie Tibbetts, 'some girl' from Iowa, died at the hands of a crazy U.S. immigration policy maintained and defended by this country’s decadent elites. To MSNBC, CNN, and the coastal elites, Tibbetts' entire existence is an inconvenience.
